We use the information collected to provide scheduling and customer management services, send appointment reminders and service updates via SMS, sync data with QuickBooks, and improve the application.

3. SMS Communications & Text Messaging

Northern Star Mobile RV Services uses SMS text messaging to communicate appointment reminders, service updates, and technician ETA notifications to customers. The following terms apply to our text messaging program:

• Consent: We only send SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox at the time their customer record is created in our system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message Types: You may receive appointment reminders, technician ETA alerts, and service update notifications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments and service activity.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or call our office at 304-534-9230.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Data: Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the above messages. No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Provider: SMS messages are delivered via Twilio. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

4. QuickBooks Data

When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access customer and financial data solely to provide the sync functionality. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Customers page.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, QuickBooks for data sync).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us through the application or call 304-534-9230 to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
